We took Daniela to the doctor's yesterday. We were going to take her next week when she turns 3 months, but she felt warm so we took her a week early. She has some little swollen glands in her neck, and the doctor said she is just getting over something viral, no big deal. This time she measured 23 3/4 inches and weighed 12lbs 5oz. She didn't grow much since last time, but it actually gave her weight a chance to catch up. Before she was underweight for her height, and now both her height and her weight are the ideal. She is doing well! The doctor is still amazed at how strong she is. She continues to reach milestones beyond her age. She is getting really good at pushing up, and she is starting to grab for things. She grabbed a toy yesterday on the first attempt, but then I don't think she knew what to do once she had it. She's such a good baby and really a lot of fun. She keeps Miguel and I laughing.
